Introduction

My objective in writing this book was to create a new, well founded puzzle. A puzzle that combines pieces that already existed but have never been put together with new pieces that apparently fit well with the others. At the end of the Grey Ocean Strategy book, I hope that you have gathered various new thoughts about marketing in general and about mature marketing in specific. And that you have realized that to reach the mature consumer, we have to change our marketing paradigms by developing Grey Ocean Strategies.
